Your pets must have a current Cook County rabies tag and be up to date on their rabies vaccine. If not, they can receive a rabies vaccine on the day of surgery. Please bring your rabies certificate at check-in.
You must present proof of Cook County residency at the time of drop-off (ex: drivers license or utility bill)
Additional fees may apply. Brachycephalic dogs require a pre-surgical exam, bloodwork, and take-home medication, and a $200 spay/neuter fee applies. Exotic cats require a pre-surgical exam, bloodwork, and proBNP test.
Are you in need of affordable veterinary care? As a nonprofit organization, Paws for a Cause Vet Care is able to help subsidize care for those who need it most, thanks to the generous support of the community.
